Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By using Shelf Talk AI Reads, you agree not to engage in the activities below.

1. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors, in any form.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or invasions of privacy.
• Fraud, phishing, or impersonation of real people or organizations.
• Malware, spyware, or attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure.
• Automated access, scraping, or excessive requests that disrupt service.
• Reverse engineering the App or circumventing security or rate limits.
• Using the App to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

2. Content You Post

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not post spam, undisclosed advertising, or content that mainly exists to drive engagement to external services.

3. AI Feature Use

Do not use our AI features to produce prohibited content, generate deceptive material about identifiable individuals, or evade moderation.

4. Reporting Violations

Report violations in-app or to info@aalbertmemories.com. For urgent safety issues, include as much detail as possible so we can act quickly.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.
